How does
Application / Property Approval
Once you complete the guaranteed rent inquiry form, your property will be reviewed, and background research will be conducted. You'll receive a quick estimate of our offer, along with information about your property's potential value and arrangements for a viewing. Our aim is to offer market rent or higher.


Agreement / Viewing
After viewing your property, we'll provide a revised formal offer within 24 hours, which you can accept or reject. This offer will include our terms, contract length (typically 3-5 years), plans for any necessary work, and detailed rent payments. We're flexible with terms and welcome suggestions from landlords.
The tenancy starts
Once the guaranteed rent agreement terms are confirmed, we’ll take responsibility for the property's upkeep and pay the first rental installment. We’ll handle any necessary upgrades and start using the property for high-quality serviced accommodation. After setup, we encourage landlords to see the property in its best condition.


Annual Review
Near the end of the contract, we will inform you if we wish to extend it. Typically, we'll conduct an annual review to express our intention to renew. If both parties agree, we’ll either discuss a new contract or extend the existing one. If you decide to part ways, we will return the property in the same or better condition than when we took it on.

What We Are Looking For
We will consider all types of houses and apartments, and the property does not need to be in a good decorative condition as we can agree to refurbish the property to bring it up to our standards.
