We’re thrilled to host you and can’t wait for you to enjoy your time at our property. In the next section, you’ll find all the details about the check-in and check-out process, when to expect important information, and options for extending your stay or arranging a late check-out.

Attach your ID / Driving License to the link you've be sent

Pay a deposit if you've been sent the link to do so!

We don't accept CASH.

You’ll receive your check-in details 24 hours before your arrival.

If you’ve booked on the same day that you check-in for then you’ll be sent check-in details shortly afterwards once you’ve completed the ID, terms & conditions + deposit.

Self Check-In ✓

With all of our Serviced Apartments & Houses, they are self check-in, meaning you won’t need to meet us to enter!

Simply collect a key from the key safe/lockbox which we’ll provide the details for.

Additionally, we have a detailed entry page to each property giving you information on how to find the keys, video guides, and more.

Extend Your Stay

If the dates are unavailable, we might have other properties that are available so we can always book you in elsewhere.

Check-Out

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM

On your way out please feel free to leave the windows open so the property can have some fresh air in whilst the cleaners arrive.
TURN OFF ALL HEATING & LOCK THE DOORS, then put the keys back in the lockbox where you collected them and randomise the combination.

If you have time to send us a quick message when you leave we’d really appreciate it. That will help us alert our cleaners for the next guests.

Late Check-Out

For late checkout, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process requests made after this time.

Party Note

This property is not suitable for parties!

This is a breach of house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property via police and no refund or deposit will be given.

Our properties are located in residential areas, so in the hours between 9 PM - 7 AM we ask for quiet times to be respected, out of consideration for our neighbours and locals.

Any loud music, parties, smoking will also be met with an immediate removal.
